Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in with any user account.
  • Navigate to the Documents module.
  • Click on View Document.
  • Select a department (e.g., Corporate Department).
  • Expected Result: Relevant documents should be listed below.
  • Actual Result: No documents are displayed.
