View Relationships – Exchange Info: The matter document should appear under the Client tab for the Group Head, regardless of whether they are assigned to the matter or not.

Description

- Group A have one Member and one Group Head.
- Client A is associated with Group A.
- If a Member creates a matter linked to a client and assigns a document to that matter, the document should be visible under "View Relationships > Exchange Information > Shared by Us" for the Group Head — regardless of whether the Group Head is directly involved in the matter or not.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in using a Group Head account.
  • Navigate to the View Relationships module.
  • Select a client and click the Action button.
  • Go to Exchange Information and select Shared by Us.
  • The matter-related document should be visible under both Shared and Unshared sections for the Group Head whether group head is involved the matter or not.

Note : This issue applicable to All Client [Individual/Corporate/Entity]
