TM user - Active and Closed Matters card - Team member’s matter count should reflect the number of matters they are assigned to

Description

1. Login the Team member account
2. Navigate to the Matters module
3. Click on View - Legal and general
4. Check the matters list [Logged in person should belong to the matter]
5. Navigate to the dashboard.

Issues observed:

The dashboard matter count for a team member should show only the matters they are involved in. Currently, it includes all visible matters, even those unrelated to the user. For example, if 8 matters are visible in the account but the user is involved in only 4, the dashboard should display a count of 4, not 8.

Note: It is applicable for general matter also.
