Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Document module.
3. Click on Upload, then go to the Client tab.
4. Select a client from the dropdown list.
5. Observe that the Select Group field does not populate with the corresponding group name.

Expected Result:
The group name associated with the selected client should appear in the Select Group field.
