Steps:

• Log in to Need Counsel.
• Click on the Document tab on the left sidebar.
• Go to the Upload tab.
• Select a Practice from the dropdown and browse to upload documents.
• Choose Categories and Others, then click Upload.
• Navigate to the View tab and click on the Practice section.
• Remove the selected practice from the document.
• Switch to another module and then return to the View Document section.

Issue:
The document with the removed practice still appears in the view documents list.

Additional Note:
After uploading a document, when you open View Document and click the (+) button below the Practice dropdown, the corresponding checkbox for the selected practice is unchecked, but it should be checked by default.
