openLeads/Inquiry - Notes with only description are not retained after saving

Description:
When adding a note under Leads / Inquiry, if only the Description field is filled and saved (leaving the title field blank), the note appears to save successfully. However, upon revisiting the entry, the note disappears and is no longer visible.
1. Login the Legal market place app
2. Click on Leads module
3. Select any leads
4. Click on view details
5. Click on Timeline notes
6. Click on Add new note
7. Fill the description only not the title
8. Click on submit
9. Revisit the same notes
It is no longer visible. The added notes should remain visible when the user revisits the entry.
Note: This issue is applicable when adding the notes through add notes under action.
Note: This issue is applicable for adding the notes for inquiries.
