Description:

- The message “No matching record found” appears every time a character is added or removed in the search bar, even if records exist.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to Vitagist.
  • Go to Audit Trails.
  • Enter or delete text in the search bar.

Expected: The search results should update normally without showing “No matching record found” unless no results exist.
Actual: The message appears unnecessarily during every change.
