Settings Page - User cannot open Profile page

Description
1.Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Profile icon on right top corner
3. Click on profile Picture
Picture will not open as per the design

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Shobhika K to akhila bs
Display is not as per the design and on the right top instead of Pencil icon , there is big dot
- Status changed from Resolved to New
