Connection – Add New Connection : "This field is required" message when sending a connection request

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Vitagist Plus.
2. Navigate to the Connections module.
3. Click on Add Connections or the (+) button, then select Add New Connection.
4. Select a category from the dropdown menu.
5. Choose a member and click the Send Request button.
6. Click the Send Request button again.

Expected Behavior:

The “This field is required” message should not appear, as all required inputs were already provided.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to VitaGist Plus.
2. Navigate to the Connections module.
3. Click on Add Connections or the (+) button.
4. Select any client and click Send Request.

Issue:
The Description field is currently mandatory. However, it should not be.

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to send a connection request with or without entering any text in the Description field.
