Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LMP
2.Go to the Practice Module
3.Click on view practice
4.Select the any one of the Practice
5.Click on kebob icon
6.Select the Update Practice head option
7.Change the Practice Head and save it
8.Again go to the Update Practice Head Option
9.The recent changes are not updated there
10.Once refresh the page then only the updating are reflected
Notes:- This issues is applicable for the View Practice Counts as well

Unable to check this as "Update Practice Members" is not working
As the issues is in both updating Practice head and Members. Works in Practice head , and Unable to check in Members, as it is not working
