Connections - Add Contact: Selected Category and Country Affiliation Not Displayed.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the iOS Vitagist app.
2. Go to the Connections section.
3. Tap Add Contact.
4. Fill in all the details and click Save.
5. Click on Edit for the recently added contact.

Issue:
The Selected Category and Country Affiliation should be displayed, but the dropdowns are empty and only the dropdown appears.

Expected Result:
The Selected Category and Country Affiliation values should be displayed when editing a contact.
