Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the iOS Vitagist app.
2. Go to the Connections section and click Add Contact.

Issue:

Issue 1 : Change the color for Select Category and Select Country Affiliation fields.
Issue 2 : Change the text “Entity Address” to “Address” (this field is not mandatory).
