openView Matter (Legal/General) - View Details - Document Tab : "Update" Button Not Responding When Adding or removing the Documents.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on the Menu and select Matter.
3. Go to the Legal or General Matter tab and click on View.
4. Choose a recently created matter, click on Action, then select View Details.
5. Go to the Documents tab and click on the Document Library tab.
6. Select a documents, click on Add, then click on Update.
7. Observe that the Update button does not respond, and the documents are not uploaded.
- After selecting a documents and clicking Add, the Update button should respond and upload the documents successfully.
- This issue occurs in both Legal and General matters.
- This issue occurs in update button is disabled and not responding when removing the document under the document library.
