Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Lauditor using a Team Member (TM) or Group Head (GH) account.
2. Open the menu and select "Matter."
3. Navigate to either the "Legal Matter" or "General Matter" tab.
4. Click the "Create" button.
5. Fill in all mandatory fields and click "Save."
6. Select a client and click "Add." Then, select a group and click "Add."
7. Click the "Assign Team Members" dropdown.

Expected Behavior:

• The logged-in user's name should not appear in the Assign Team Members dropdown.

Actual Behavior:

• The logged-in user's name does appear in the dropdown list.

Note :

• The issue occurs in both Legal and General matter types.
