1. Login the Legal market Place
2. Click on inquiry module
3. Select any Query [ensure that the Documents shared via generated link]
4. Click on action
5. Click on view documents
6. Select any document [Document name: Doc A]
7. Click on Attach to Matter
8. Select any matter [ Matter name : General counsel matter]
9. Click on save [Document is attached to the matter successfully]
10. Again select the same query
11. Click on View documents under action
12. Select the same document and select the same matter
13. Click on save
14. Navigate to the Matter module
15. Select the same matter
16. Visit the documents section

Document A has been attached twice to the same matter.

currently user allows the same document to be attached multiple times to the same matter. This behavior should be restricted to prevent duplicate attachments.
