Description
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Click on the Menu, then select Matter.
3. Navigate to either the Legal or General Matter tab, then click on the View tab.
4. When the External Matters dropdown is selected, the corresponding list appears correctly.
5. However, when clicking the View tab, the system should default to the Internal Matters dropdown, and display the relevant details accordingly.
Note:
This issue affects both Legal and General matter tabs. Additionally, whenever any action is performed via the Action Menu, the system should consistently redirect back to the Internal Matters view.
