Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the email ID and password.
2. Log in to Vitagist.
3. Click on the "Connections" section and then click on "Add."
4. Click on "Add New Contact."
5. Fill in all the details and save the contact.
6. Click on "Add New Contact" again.
7. The recently added contact entry appears, but it should show an empty screen instead.
Note: The same issue occurs when editing or deleting contact. After clicking "Add New," the recently added contact appears, but it should display an empty screen.
Note: Cancel button is not respond.
