View Matter (Legal/General) - Document - Add Tag : Error Message not proper for Empty Tag Fields

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as a Lauditor.
2. Open the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Click on the 'Create' tab and choose either the 'Legal' or 'General' tab.
4. Create a matter for corporate clients and submit it.
5. Go to the 'View' tab, select the recently created matter, and click on the 'Action' button.
6. Select 'View Details,' then go to the 'Document' tab, and click on the 'Device' tab.
7. Click 'Browse' and select documents or photos from the library.
8. Click on tags, leave both 'Tag Type' and 'Tag' fields empty, and click 'Add.'

Expected Behavior:
  • If both 'Tag Type' and 'Tag' fields are empty, an alert popup should appear with the message:
"Please check the Tag Type, Tag."
  • If the 'Tag Type' field is empty, the alert popup should display:
"Please check the Tag Type."
  • If the 'Tag' field is empty, the alert popup should display:
"Please check the Tag."
Issue:
  • The alert messages do not appear when both or either of the fields ('Tag Type' or 'Tag') are left empty.
