Create Matter [Legal/General] - Document Section: The client name remains visible in the dropdown even after being unselected.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as the Lauditor.
2. Click on the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Click on the 'Create' tab and choose either the 'Legal' or 'General' tab.
4. Create a matter with any client.
5. In the Document section, select and unselect multiple documents.
6. The name of the unselected document still appears in the dropdown.

Note: This issue applies to both Legal and General matters.
Note: This issue also affects the 'View Matter' document selection for both Legal and General matters.
