Doc Editor - Create Tab : Existing Text Not Cleared After Saving New Document.

Description

Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on the Menu and select "Doc Editor."
3. Go to the "Create" tab and select the "Insert" menu.
4. Choose any option (e.g., Overview) and enter text in the fields.
5. Click on "File" and then select "Save."
6. Enter the name of an existing file in the file name input field and click "Save." or click on save or click on cancel.
7. Clear the text from the input fields.
8. Click on "File" and then select "Save."
9. The existing text should not appear, but it still appears.
