Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.

2. Click on the Menu and select "Matters."

3. Choose either "Legal" or "General Matter," then click on the "Create" tab.

4. Fill in the mandatory fields and click "Save."

5. On the Department page, select the Department and click "Add."

6. If you unselect the department, it will be removed below, but it still appear.

Note: This applies to Departments, External Counsel, Team Members, and Documents.

Note: This applies to both Legal and General Matters.
