Steps:

• Login to Hospital Care
• When a patient adds an issue, the issue count only updates when the page is refreshed. By default, the count should update automatically.
• In the Notifications section, the notification count does not update on the dashboard when a notification is read or deleted (whether read or not). It only updates when the page is refreshed. By default, it should update automatically.
