Resolved page - Resolved complaints are not displayed on the Resolved page when the resolution notes field is empty.

Description

1. Login the hospital app
2. Click on Complaints module
3. Choose any complaint
4. Change the status as resolved [resolution notes are empty in the mark as resolved popup]
5. Click on yes

Resolved complaints are not displayed on the Resolved page if the Notes field is empty.

Notes field is optional, so resolved complaints should be listed on the Resolved page even if the field is empty.
