Complaint App

Steps:

1. Log in to the hospital page.
2. On the left side, click on the complaints module and select the Active tab.
3. On the list of active complaints pages, the issue description and complaint contents are swapped and need to be corrected.

Note : This issue applicable for both Active and Resolved.
