View Matters (Legal/General): The user is able to edit the Matter name to match an already created Matter name. This should be restricted.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to the Matters module
3.Select view matter Legal/General
4.Go to action and edit the matter name as Already Existing name
5.There is no warning pop-up will appear
6.That page successfully updated and navigate to the View matters page
7.This should be restricted. Please refer the attachments.
