Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Open the Upload tab, select a department from the dropdown, click Browse, and upload a document.
4. Click on Edit Metadata, then click the Edit button.
5. Remove the text in the Document Name and Description fields, then click Save.

Issue:
Currently, an error message appears under the Document Name and Description fields.

Expected Behavior:
Instead of, an alert popup should appear with the message:
"Please check the Document Name, Description."

Another scenario: Alert message should appear "Please check the Document Name." -> If the document name field is empty.
Another scenario: Alert message should appear "Please check the Description." -> if the description field is empty.

Note : This issue applicable for View Tab as well.
