Doc-Editor (Create): The content on the left side of the document is not showing when the user reopens the existing document.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to the doc-editor module
3.Click on file menu and re-open the existing document
4.Clicking on preview the added contents are visible
5.The left side document panel is empty no contents are visible

Expected: The user reopens the existing document, and the already added insert menu items are visible on both sides.
