closedDocument - Upload: An error message should be displayed if a document with the same name already exists.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.2. Navigate to the Document module on the left side.
3. In the Upload tab:
- Select a client and Click Browse and upload a document.
- Document Name: Doc A.
- Select the client from the dropdown under the Client tab. [document name : Doc A]
- Click Action > Delete.
- Select the same client.
- Upload the same document (Doc A) again by clicking Browse and Upload.
Expected Result: An error message should display: "Document with the same name already exists." The upload should not be allowed until the document is permanently deleted.
Actual Result: The document uploads successfully, which is incorrect.
Note : This issue applicable for Firm Tab.

The mentioned issues are not resolved in the View - Client / Firm Tab.

Another issues.
The document name should not be case-sensitive. This applies to both the Upload and View functionalities in the Client / Firm Tab.
Additionally, a document name can currently be created by altering the use of uppercase and lowercase letters.
