Email - Compose - Attach : Encrypted and decrypted documents should be viewable and readable when attached.

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select the Email tab.
3. Click on Compose.
4. Click on Attach and choose the department from the dropdown.

Document Viewing Requirements:

- Encrypted Documents: The following file types must be viewable and readable: `txt`, `csv`, `doc`, `rtf`, `pptx`, `docx`, `png`, `html`, `xlsx`, `pdf`, `ppt`, and `xls`.

- Decrypted Documents: The following file types must be viewable and readable: `docx`, `pptx`, `txt`, and `rtf`.
