openEdit Profile - Country affiliation - save button should only respond when the user clicks directly on it, but currently it is responding in surrounding area as well

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on settings
3. Click on Edit Profile
4. Open any country affiliation
Actual: Click on back button that appears at the top, "citizenship updated successfully' toast will appear. It should not happen.
