*Steps *:
1. Login to Vitagist.
2. Click Document from the menu below.
3. Click the (+) button and select Identity as the document type.
4. Choose any document type.
5. Switch to a different country.
Expected: When Switch to a different country. The document type should reset to “Select DocType,” but instead, the previous country’s document type remains selected.
