Description

Steps :

1. Login to Vitagist.
2. Click Document from the menu below.
3. Click the (+) button and select Identity as the document type.
4. Choose any document type and click Save.

Expected: Only one alert should appear, but currently, multiple alerts are shown simultaneously.
