Steps:

1. Login to Lauditor using any user account.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Choose either the 'Legal' or 'General' Matter tab.
4. Click on the 'Create' tab.
5. Complete all mandatory fields in the 'Matter Information,' 'Groups,' and 'Clients' pages, then click 'Save.'
6. On the Document page, select a document from the dropdown and click 'Add.'
7. The application crashes when the Eye button is clicked on the recently selected document.

Another scenario :

1. Login to Lauditor using any user account.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Choose either the 'Legal' or 'General' Matter tab.
4. Click on the 'View' tab.
5. Select any matter, then click on 'Action' and choose 'View Details.'
6. Go to the 'Document' tab, select 'Document Library,' and choose a document from the dropdown. Click 'Add.'
7. The application crashes when the Eye button is clicked on the recently added document.
