Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health
3. Click on Immunization
4. Don't change the vaccine name [Covid-19 is the default option]
5. Fill the other details
6. Click on done

null vaccination entry is added, and the user simultaneously receives an error message saying, 'Please choose a vaccine name
