Create Matter [Legal /Genera] - During matter creation by a Super User, if temporary clients are only added, all groups should be displayed in group section. But SU involved groups are listed in matter creation

Description
In super user, overall 5 groups are there in Groups module
Super user belongs to Super user Groups only
1. Login the Lauditor with Super user
2. Click on matters
3. Click on create - Legal /General
4. Fill the mandatory field in matter info and next
5. Add the temporary client only not permanent client [temporary client are added successfully]
6. click on next
Actual: In the Groups page, super user group only be listed
Expectation: The groups that are belonging to the firm [All the 5 groups] should be listed.

Super user belongs to Super user Groups only
Steps
1. Login the Lauditor with Super user
2. Click on matters
3. Click on create - Legal /General
4. Fill the mandatory field in matter info and next
5. Add the temporary client only not permanent client [temporary client are added successfully] and select groups
6. Matter creation is finished
7. Check that temp client in view relationships - temporary client section
All 5 groups should be updated for the temporary client, but currently only the super user group is being updated in the view relationships.
