View Documents: Documents are not listed when selecting Clients and Matters for all user accounts.

Description

Steps:

  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on Menu
  • Click on Matter
  • Click on the Legal or General Matter tab.
  • Click on the Create tab.
  • Enter the mandatory fields: Case Title and Case Number.
  • Click on Save.
  • Select on Clients and Group from the dropdown and click on Add. [Client Name : QA Test]
  • Select the document from the dropdown and click on Add. [ Ex: Doc A]
  • Click on Save Matter. [ Matter Name : Civil Custody]
  • Click on Menu
  • Click on Document
  • Click on View
  • Click on Client tab
  • Select the client from the dropdown. [Client Name : QA Test]
  • Select the matter from the dropdown. [Matter Name : Civil Custody]
  • Below the client and matter related document should appear but it doesn’t appear for all the user accounts.

Notes : This issues applicable for all clients .
