Chat Client/ AV chat : On the other clients' side, when they click on the (+) bubble button under the firm name, the superuser's name should be listed, whether they are part of the group or not.

Description

  • This issue is applicable for all products.
  • On the Lauditor side - Firm name: Staging Firm Tester.
  • Client Name : ContentCoffer-Staging (belongs to Group A).
  • Group A member names: Member A and GH.
  • Superuser not part of Group A.

Steps:

1. Log in with any account on the ContentCoffer side.
2. Click on the Message Modules.
3. Click on the Customer Tab.
4. Click on the (+) bubble button under the “Staging Firm Tester.”
5. In the list, the superuser does not appear but should be listed, whether they are part of the group or not.
