closedAV Chat : Clients are actually online in the chat, but they are shown as offline for the Super User account only.

Description
Firm Name: “ContentCoffer-Staging” (belongs to “Group A”)
Group Name: Group A => [Members Name : Member A and Group Head].
Steps:
1. Login with Super User account on AV chat:
- On the left side, go to Client Chat.
- Click the (+) button on the “ContentCoffer-Staging” firm.
- All members are shown as offline.
2. Login with Group Head/Team Member account on AV chat:
- On the left side, go to Client Chat.
- Click the (+) button on the “ContentCoffer-Staging” firm.
- Members are shown as online (e.g., “Xovelon”).
Actual : The members appear offline for the Super User account because the Super User is not part of “Group A”.
Expected : Regardless of whether the Super User (SU) is part of the group or not, they should be able to see all members who are logged into the chat and display their status as “online.”
This issue applicable for Client Chat for the Super user account only(All products].
