Upload : the 'Save' button does not respond if the user enters an existing document name.

Description

Steps:

1. Login to Vitagist.
2. Click on "Documents" in the bottom menu.
3. Select any tags except identity tags.
4. Click on the plus icon (+) in the bottom menu.
5. Click on the "File" button.
6. Choose to select a file or use the camera.
7. Select any document type.
8. Enter the name of the existing document.
9. Enter text in the description field.
10. Click on the "Save" button.
11. An error message should display, but note that the "Save" button may not respond correctly in such cases.

Note : Applicable for tags - Health , Legal & Finance , Personal and Others.

Expected : While clicking on save. An error message appears stating "Document with the same name already exists."

Actual : The Save button does not respond.
