Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Vitagist.
2. Click on "Document" in the bottom menu.
3. Click the (+) button.
4. Select the Identity tags.
5. Do not select the document type and do not enter text in the credential ID and description fields.
6. Click on save and the application crashes.
Expected Result: An error message should appear for empty fields.
Actual Result: The application crashes.
