Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Vitagist.
2. Click on "Document" in the bottom menu.
3. Click the (+) button.
4. Select all the tags.
Issue: The user should be able to select either identity or other tags, but not both.
Expected Result: The user should be able to select either identity or other tags.
Actual Result: The user is able to select all the tags.
