Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Vitagist.
2. Click on Document.
3. Click on Identity.
4. Click on the (+) button.
5. Select any document type (e.g., PAN card).
6. Enter text in the Document ID field.
7. Click on the document type again and change it to Driving License.
8. The added text in the Document ID field should be cleared, but still text is appears.
