openAdd Relationship : Individual / Entity - After sending a request, a success popup should appear, but only a toast message appears.

Description
Step:
- Log in to Lauditor.
- Click on the Menu.
- Navigate to Relationship.
- Click the Add Relationship tab.
- Click on either the Individual or Entity tab.
- Enter the email ID in the search box and click on 'Search.'
- Input text into the First and Last Name fields.
- Choose the Country.
- Manually select the one group.
- Click on Send Request.
- Success popup should appear but toast message only appear.

Unable to check the Entity and Corporate client , Becase after clicking on send request button - Error message appear "Account with firm name already exists, even though the account has not been added previously".
Step:
- Log in to Lauditor.
- Click on the Menu.
- Navigate to Relationship.
- Click the Add Relationship tab.
- Click on either the Individual or Entity tab.
- Enter the email ID in the search box and click on 'Search.'
- Manually select the one group.
- Click on Send Request.
- Success popup should appear but invalid error message appear.
Issue is not fixed for Individual clients [Only Request]
