openAdd Relationship [Entity] : After sending a request, the entity's firm name should appear in the view relationship. However, it is displaying that the account already exists, even though the account has not been added previously.

Steps:
- Login to Lauditor
- Click on Menu
- Click on Relationship
- Click on Add Relationship Tab
- Click on Entity Tab
- Enter the text in search bar.[Request]
- Click on Search
- Select the groups
- Click on Send Request.
- Error message appear "Account with firm name already exists, even though the account has not been added previously".

Issue is not fixed. Please follow the above steps.
Note : This issue applicable for Entity and Corporate Client as well.

when following the above steps, able to reproduce it
