View Relationships - [Modify group access] : After sending a request, in the Modify group access, the Selected group should appear, but it does not appear.

Steps:
  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on Menu
  • Click on Relationship
  • Click on Add Relationship Tab
  • Click on Invidivual or Entity tab
  • Enter the text in search bar.[Invite/Request]
  • Click on Search
  • Enter the text in First name , last name
  • Choose the country
  • Select the groups
  • Click on Send Request
  • Click View Relationship Tab
  • Click on Individual Tab
  • Click on Modify Group Access [which request send recently]
  • The Selected group should appear, but it does not appear.

This issues happened for Individual and Entity

Unable to check above mentioned scenario because the Request client scenario is not working. Only then will it be possible to check the Modify group access for Identity, Entity, and Corporate Clients.

Steps:
  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on Menu
  • Click on Relationship
  • Click on Add Relationship Tab
  • Click on Invidivual or Entity or corporate tab
  • Enter the text in search bar.[Request]
  • Click on Search.
  • Select the groups and click on 'Send Request'. [Account with this firm name already exists.] However, this is a new firm request, not an already existing firm name."

The scenario that is mentioned in the comment is not working

when sending the new firm request, 'account with this firm name already exists' error appear, even though the firm itself does not appear in view relationships. However, this request is for a new firm, not for an existing one.
