Bug #2409: Document [Upload - Client] : Unable to upload the document . An error message appears stating, "Error uploading. Please try again“. [ It applicable for view Matter [Legal / General] - Device / Drive] - iOS - Documents - Redmine

As per the testing this will happen randomly, I checked multiple time only one time got this on that my request was as normal upload and add the one of the tested screen record in below. If request have the issues error occurs all time and error message get from api.

Selecting matter and uploding document works. Without selecting matters doesn't work
Legal / General In view Matter [Device / Drive] - After uploading the document , an error message appears.

Yes, in api request matter parameter validation get this issues. Currently updated if have matter pass the matter parameter if not removed the matter parameter in request to fixed issues. I will update this changes to test flight build.

Steps:

Login to Lauditor
Click on Menu
Click on Matters
Click on Legal / General Matter
Click on View Matter
Click on Action
Click on View Details
Click on Documents
Click on Device/Drive
Click on Browse
Click on Documents
Select the pdf files or any other files
Click on Update.

"Request Failed , try again/contact support" message appear but the document should uploaded successfully.
