Lauditor
Crends : Super User - cefabo2573@dixiser.com
Steps:
- Login to Lauditor
- Click on Menu
- Click on Document
- Click on Upload tab
- Click on Client tab
- Select the Client name
- Click on Browse
- Select the Document or Photo Library
- Select the file
- Click on Upload button
- The Document successfully should be upload but an error message appears stating, "Error uploading. Please try again“.
The same issues happened for view Matter [Legal / General] - Device / Drive]

As per the testing this will happen randomly, I checked multiple time only one time got this on that my request was as normal upload and add the one of the tested screen record in below. If request have the issues error occurs all time and error message get from api.

Steps:
Login to Lauditor
Click on Menu
Click on Matters
Click on Legal / General Matter
Click on View Matter
Click on Action
Click on View Details
Click on Documents
Click on Device/Drive
Click on Browse
Click on Documents
Select the pdf files or any other files
Click on Update.
"Request Failed , try again/contact support" message appear but the document should uploaded successfully.
