Create Group - Clicking "Cancel" should not trigger the confirmation popup if the input field is left empty.

Description
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Groups
3. Group Name" and "Description" fields are left empty.
4. Click on cancel
Clicking "Cancel" should not trigger the confirmation popup if the input field is left empty.
Note : Applicable for Add team member page also

Without saving changes clicking on cancel, Alert would be more appropriative
But In view Groups- Actions - Update groups members list / Update Group head / Delete member - After changes are made while clicking on cancel - confirmation popup appears
Cancel alert should be same across all module in lauditor
Yes and No button color should be similar in matter module cancel alert

Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to "Groups" and select "View Members."
3. Choose any member and click on "Update Groups."
4. Make no changes, then click on "Cancel."
Clicking "Cancel" should not trigger the alert popup if no changes were made.
