Mentioned issue is not fixed.

Steps:
1. Click on the Create Member tab.
2. Fill in all the details.
3. Enter the email in lowercase.
4. Enter the confirm email in uppercase.
5. Click on Assign to Groups.

The error message should not appear, but it appears.
