Create Meetings - Notification field should not be empty

Description
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on Create
4. Fill the mandatory fields
5. Notification field left empty
6. click on save
The event will be saved even the notification number field made empty
If notification time is removed manually and left empty
1. It has to take the default values of time[ for minutes, it should be 10 minutes, for days - 1, for hours - 1, for weeks - 1] While saving the event
2. And alert should not be displayed below the Notification time field

2. If the notification field is empty, changing the time from minutes to hours triggers an alert saying 'Field is required.' It should not happen.

- Status changed from Resolved to New
- Assignee changed from akhila bs to Soundarya Vembaiyan
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Soundarya Vembaiyan to Neela Chinnappa
2. If the notification field is empty, changing the time from minutes to hours triggers an alert saying 'Field is required.' It should not happen. - This issue is not working
